Mango Lassi Indian Delight

2 cups (500 ml) frozen Snowcrest Mango Chunks
2 cups (500 ml) non-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1.5 cups (375 ml) coconut milk
2 tbsps (30 ml) honey
1 tsp (5 ml) ground cardamom

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Serves 2.
