A great blend of sweet and tart to get yourself going!

1 cup (250 mL) frozen Snowcrest Strawberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen Snowcrest Rhubarb
1/2 of a banana, peeled
1 cup (250 mL) yogurt / frozen yogurt
1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) cinnamon
4 tbsp (60 mL) maple syrup or brown sugar, or to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
